This and that and then more...

As I contemplated writing a blog on politics, i was reminded by my dearest gf it is probably not the best of ideas. She probably knows me better than most (at times even better than i know myself) and as this blog is registered under the name of jaspritrandhawa, having a gf whos detained in the kamunting detention centre is not my cup of tea. well, if she ever gets detained anyway, i promised i would bang on their gates and force them to detain me as well.. :) I love her. ..love conqers all. Is it just a cheap cliche? let me see..What extend would I go in reinforcing the believe that im in love with jasprit randhawa.. All i know is a person's believes and principles are constantly tested at every juncture in life, love is no exception. My faith in love is strong but no doubt it would be tested, again and again and again and again. Love is not a constantly burning fire, its more a flickering candle,the tiny flame swaying left, right as the wind blows and often dying off. It takes determination, patience, trust, humbleness, courage and an unwavering believe that keeping the flame burning in the face of adversity is what the heart wants, that even when the flame dies off there's no loss of face in lighting it again, thats love to me.. love has no secret formula, no science, it defies logic (mostly as the human species are not biologically monogamous) but yet it dictates the way we live our lives ( for most people anyway). Coming back to the ISA story, if jasprit kaur is detained i would really bang on the gates till shes out or im in, why? because im in love with her. Love is never a cheap cliche, if anything, its underused and underated. We need more of it going around. Baby, i love you....and your man will always be by your side, i promise you that.
Well, hey maybe my next post should be on malaysian politics. We'll see.
