Hye ..

Im bc from short holiday and now begin bc my usual activities..cls home cls home.

This is my last blok for 4th semester..blok 13 on gastroenterology.

wt can i say on this blok?..emm..i find bored , not interesting and dull.

i feel this blok is the longest blok..i cant wait for it to finish and fly bc to home sweet home..

miss my familia so so much..

ok lets talk what i did during my 4 days trip to kl..

1st day ( 5th june )

- morning had mcq

- after mcq i came home and pack my luggage..nothing actually..juz some stuff

- waited for kijang ( taxi )..as we promised( me and tht taxi man) to be here by 2pm but time shows 2.05 and he is not here yet..so decided to call him..guess wt? he told me tht couldnt come.he is outstation.GGGGRrrrrrr..promise wont call him anymore!!

- then call another taxi..Pak Sobirin. Thank to him.he manage to send us to airport on time.

- reach airport.. settle al the stuff..check in and paying airport tax..

- announcement- flight delay!!!!!..arrrrrrrgh

- finally we landed at LCCT at 7.30pm..late almost 45 minute

- Out at 8pm...fuhhhhhhh!

- lia fetch me ( my sis )- she bring me to aunt plc..10min away from airport..i had my dinner thr then go bc to kl with familia...:)

2nd day ( 6th june )

- morning 3am - woke up

- get ready and move out of the hse by 4.30am to sepang- aunt place for janje

- by 6.plus janje move from hse to taiping...yeayyy

- reach taiping 8.30..then wait at the toll for the bus..almost 1 hour we waited..slow!!!!

- move to gurdwara - breakfast then wedding ..

- lunch time - in chinese community hall somewhr in taiping town..food?emm..ok ok la.

- doli - from the girl hse..ahhhh..tiring day !!

- move bc to kl..reach kl by 7pm

- mkn mkn then go bc home...

- ZZzzzzzz

3rd day ( 7th june )

- woke up late..

- go out buy food for my self , mum and my lazy brother..

- go saloon with mum and sis

- came bc get ready for dinner - move from home to banting..fuhh.. traveling to end of the world..so damn far!!

- met big big familia thr..* HAPPY*

- enjoyed the food..7 type of food..can u imagine?..everything was thr..puri, sholay, allu matter..so onn

-dance floor open..meh talli hogeyiiiiiii till midnite

- reach home at 2am

4th day ( 8th june )

- woke up late

- breakfast + lunch with family

- spend time with family..

- noon went to aman place..visit her and baby max...:)

- she followed to airport

- check in

- bye to family....* sob sob *

Month of Celebration

Emm.. tup tap tup tap...its already june..mid of the year 2009
what i hv done in the past 5 mth?....nothing special.i went home twice.once in feb and 2nd unexpected trip due to my illness :((

during this 5 mth , i had 2 exam..blok 10th and 11th and now 1st week of june im having blok 12th exam..
wonder wt is blok??..emm..my uni decide to use new system which is called blok system or rotation system..its more better than semester system..not im telling but was inform like tht..sorry to all my super super seniors..u guys still the best!!

i had alots of fun, joy, wonderful moments and some ' down' moments...i believe no body is perfect so i have no complains for that.i accept that with open heart and hope it wont go longer.
Im sorry if i hurt anyone out thr ..im really sorry and for those hurt me...i juz can say god is seeing.u lied , u hurt, u backstab..god is watching..i wont take any action ..for me silent is final decision .U like it or not..i cant do anything..when im hurt, i will juz be silent.

emm..enough for the past.now we talk bout june.
june is good month for marriage ...hahahahahha.so anyone out thr wana kawin kawin..can kawin this mth..hehe

june 4 : my bestie birthday ..Arwinder kaur..she's my punjabi cls mate n also primary school mate.i miss her alot...aween pagli girl..recently she upload her childhood pictures in fb and some her nani ma pic..i lost words seeing those pic....i miss nani ma so much..she use to comb my long hair..put oil..massage.. gv breakfast..R.I.P nani ma.

june 6: its not bithday celebration ..but WEDDING bell for my cousin Sarvan aka Sunny boy..:)
he is getting married to taiping girl name sarjit..wish them blessful wedding and all the best in marriage life...i too small to advice u so i juz can wish n pray..ok dear couz..

june 27 : Happy Birthday Aman..she is my far cousin sis from india who is married to msian guy.
she is mom to 3 mth old son , name MAX...wow?..i know i know..chill..actually his real name is Mansukh Prith singh..how became MAX??..his dad like tht name but dadi refuse to accept...pity him ahh..:(

wana have some basic knowledge on road accident claims?

Its divided to liability and quantum of damages. First it has to be determined whos liable, or to be blamed for the accident, whether the Plaintiff( the person who's suing) can prove his case and the court finds the Defendant(the person being sued) liable for causing the accident, or the court could also say that the Defendant is 50% liable and the Plaintiff himself 50% liable, or any other combination. The court could also find that the Defendant has no case to answer, for example, where a passanger in a bus falls when the driver jams the brakes..then the passanger wants to sue, but during the trial he cannot pinpoint which bus was it, or who was the driver..he only knows the bus company..then the Defendant can say he has no case to answer...because the plaintiff has failed to prove his case,,after finding liability, the court will then decide on the damages,,..how much it to be paid for what damage...or if there is a loss of earning capacity, where the person is not able to work anymore he can claim for the loss..or for nursing care where he cant take care of himself anymore..or where a husband or wife or mother or father dies in the accident..then the next of kin can claim for dependency loss or loss of support...there are many headings for damages that can be claimed....the thing to remember is that accidents dont happen, they are caused...so be carefull.....and read on.....

WHen an emergency situation has already been created, then it is meaningless to blow the horn. No useful purpose would be served in sounding the horn when the other car has already started to come out onto the main road from the side road and collided with your car.

If 2 motor cars collide in the centre of the road, the inference is, in the absence of evidence enabling the COurt to draw any other inference, the drivers of both cars are then equally to be blamed. Car on main road also hass a duty of taking care to avoid collision with a vehicle emerging from a side road. Difference between "berhenti" and "beri laluan"

But If a dog runs across the road and the car jams his breaks( emergency situation) then he is not to be blamed for the accident.
